Joint Initiative Applauds Presidential Task Force Recommendations for National Ocean Policy

In September 2009, the Joint Initiative released a press statement applauding the Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force for their interim report that outlined recommendations that would significantly advance the effort to develop a strong, cohesive, and effective system to manage our oceans, coasts, and Great Lakes.
