Testimony of the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative to the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies

In May, the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative submitted testimony to the Senate Appropriations Committee urging them to maintaining funding for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
