Testimony of the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative to the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs

In June 2017, the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative submitted testimony to the Senate Appropriations Committee urging them to maintaining funding for the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs (OES).
